Andrea Anders

Anders was born in DeForest in Wisconsin but is currently residing in Los Angeles. In 1993 she was a graduate of DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She received the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's of Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders and her Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc and their relationship lasted from 2006-2015. They first came together on the sets of the sitcom that was later cancelled. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com), is her twin brother. Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. She was in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the film's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her debut appearance on the Arena Stage. New Doors took place at the Guthrie Theater. The two New York Stage & Film productions, namely Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also staged through New York Stage & Film. Anders debuted as a character in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse show. She appeared on HBO in three episodes as Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. In 2004, she also appeared in the role of Heather in The Stepford Wives in 2004, and Brandy in Sex Drive as Brandy and as Susan in Sex Drive in 2008. Anders was on the screen in Numb3rs (2008). Anders was also in two television shows that failed. They were Spellbound and News To Me. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera comedy about work created by Victor Fresco for ABC.
